In 2-3 minutes
you should see a foam emerge on the top. If not, your yeast is dead and you need to get fresh.

Measure out the flour, salt and baking powder into a large bowl, mix well and start adding the water by small portions,
mixing constantly and letting the flour soak up the water fully before adding more. After adding all the water, you
should have dough that is quite sticky.

Cover your hand in oil, and knead the dough on a clean surface such as a countertop. Reapply oil to your hand as needed
to prevent the dough from sticking to your hand. Keep kneading for about 5-6 minutes by streching the dough and folding
it back onto itself. As you add more oil and knead, your dough should become less sticky over time. Pick it up into
your hand and form a ball by streching on each side and folding it to it's bottom. Place it back into the bowl and
cover with a wet towel. Rest the dough for 2-3 hours, ideally in a warmer spot.

After resting the dough, take it out from the bowl and knead it a little more. Separate it into 4-5 cm smaller balls
and place them onto a tray. Sprinkle some flour on top and cover with a towel for another 15 minutes.

Spread some flour on your kneading surface and place a small ball of dough. Strech it into a flat, round shape with a
rolling pin. Warm up a frying pan to medium-high heat. Wet your dough on both sides before placing it into the pan.
Bake on one side for about 2 minutes until the bottom side is done and some brown spots start to form. Flip to the
other side and cover with a lid until the naan is done on both sides. Remove and repeat until all dough balls are baked.

Enjoy!

This is an easy naan recipe that can be prepared without an oven.
